Soup Chuck it all in

Ola! it's been quite some time since I last wrote or cooked

Now I will teach you a very simple , very quick and very delicious soup. It's healthy you can put veggies, potatoes, fish( if you want) even meat as well just chuck it all in.
There is a secret ingredients which is so convenient so simple ( I know I'm really having a ball with all the so's here but hey .....It taste nice....you don't have to use onion if you don't want to and it takes about 5 minutes. ) Provided you don't put in meat , theeen it will take longer.

Ready to eat with nice cold milk. Had it for brunch. Oooh and I tost in rice noodles for filling .

One tomato, slice , dice it's up to you. Once carrot is enough. The tofu goes well with the soup and you have to add any salt at all. Blackpepper and you can put green chillies if you love spices. I also put in some diced potatoes to give it more flavor.  
 
And walla, good for cold rainy days, brunch or even snacks. No oil if needed sort of you broil the whole thing and as mention you can add any of your ingredients. And it's super duper convenient for lazy people like yours truely.
