Wal lah! final product, pure juice, no water, no sugar and no artificial ingredients added.
Freshly blended , look at the gorgeous frost filled with nyummy vitamin C goodness!
I think I should have started with the raw picture above and come down with the final product :)
Chuck it all in babes, one tomato, two oranges (well one was miranda orange another one was sunkist), and last but not least the star of the juice 4 star fruits ( I know to sappy right)
Hi ho there,
Been a while since I wrote.....ok been a few days since I last wrote.
I've been writing about food and my misadventure with cooking so I was thinking of writing about juice!
It's the star fruit season and the star fruit tree at my parents house has been baring fruits in abundance or should I say by the buckets!.
I came back from Kuala Lumpur to Seremban today and found a large bucket filled with star fruits, green colored, yellow colored and even the very ripe ones, golden orange colored (although normally this very ripe type is not used for making juice) It would be a shame to let it all go to waste!
Now I'm not a fruit expert but star fruit is known to help reduce blood pressure . I can vouche on this one as my blood plessure has a tendency to fluctuate , excalating almost to 150 whenever I feel stress or I didn't have enough of sleep. It has helped to reduce my blood pressure many times but bare in mind it is not miracle fruit , healthy lifestyle, enough sleep, exercise and controling of stress can avoid blood pressure , hypertension and stroke. ( Unfortunately I wasn't the type that was able to control my anger and stress)
Tomato is awesome to give a healthy color to your skins plus its reach in vitamin C, antioxident and help release good hormons (take that caffeine!)
Blend everything in (oh yeah cut in chunks first as you want to squeeze out all those cool juice and that nothing goes to waste)
The photos will show you the final result. If you like it chill , just put it in the fridge or add one or two cubes of ice .
There you have it a refreshing drink either before bedtime or for breakfast with you favorite cereal or bread and eggs.
NITE nite :)
First chop all the fruits into chunks, then....out comes the blender.
